At Milestone Law Group, we are committed to delivering peace of mind to business owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses in all industries. As business owners, we know that your time is valuable and want to be certain that we are able to provide the assistance you are seeking.
What are your fees?
Here at Milestone Law Group we believe in a stress free approach when it comes to helping businesses with their legal needs.
We value our clients time and money and that’s why we believe there should be no surprises when it comes to paying for our services. We understand that peace of mind is vital to you as a business owner.
This is why in most cases we charge a flat fee for our legal services verses hourly. We don’t want to add another “to do” to your long list of things to do once a month.
This allows us to not only support our mission but support our clients better. We are able to focus solely on results and not our time.
We get to know our clients, their values, their needs and goals. Together we discuss the fee in advance, so again there are no surprises for you.
You pay this flat fee before work starts and avoid that dreaded monthly invoice and the stress that comes along with it.
Depending on your legal needs, we may charge you by the hour or by the project.
Milestone Law Group Works Hard to Deliver Top Value for Your Legal Needs
Engaging with an attorney is one of the most important investments you will make in your business. Lawyers and legal departments are usually a “cost center” in the enterprise, and do not directly bring revenue to the organization. However, if you've worked with an attorney in the past, you know that there is immense value in having general counsel on board as a strategic partner. Our approach is to partner with you to guard against legal and business risks.
Providing valuable services is one of our most important objectives.
Contact us to learn more about our rates and fees.
Milestone Law Group collects an initial fee advance from all new clients. A fee advance, also called a “retainer” is collected from you and held in our firm trust account. The funds belong to the client, but are held in a special Trust Account on the client’s behalf until they are earned by us. We are happy to answer your questions about our fees and fee advances, just give us a call.
Our Intake Process
We've created an intake process for our clients to ensure that your time is spent wisely and that you get an idea of how our firm works- so that when you do meet with one of our attorneys, your time and money will be efficiently spent.
We ask that all prospective clients fill out a business or estate plan intake form. This provides us with initial background information about your legal business needs.
Upon receipt of your intake form our legal team will review the information you provided and determine if our practice is able to meet your legal business needs. Once we have determined what the next best options are for you, you will receive an email with additional information. You should expect further information within two business days. If all parties agree to move forward we will schedule a virtual consultation- either a complimentary phone call or a paid discovery call. More information on this below.
Please fill out our intake form here.
We look forward to hearing from you!
