Amy Roepke
Managing Partner
Amy has always worn “many hats”, something she truly enjoys. She founded Milestone Law Group (formerly Roepke Law Office) with a unique vision to help growing businesses with their daily legal needs. She delivers a client-centered experience with a small but dedicated team, and she takes great pride in her work and truly values her clients. Amy’s clients often tell her that she gives them much needed peace of mind, allowing them to focus on what truly matters- their business. Amy believes in conducting herself with the highest integrity at all times, cultivating relationships, giving practical advice and providing open communication.
She is both passionate about law and business, understanding that legal sometimes takes away that fire from entrepreneurs.
On the rare occasion that she’s not working, you’ll find Amy on her paddleboard, or hanging out on the family farm in Iowa with her husband, teenage son, and rescue pup Houston.
Amy is admitted to practice law in Colorado, Iowa, and Washington State.
“I am committed to delivering peace of mind to owners and managers of small and medium-sized businesses in all industries. I work alongside my business clients to cultivate strong relationships that are built on trust, business-based practical advice, and open communication.”
Bill Burke
Associate Attorney
Bill was hired as an associate attorney with Milestone Law Group in September of 2018, serving as in-house counsel for his clients. He quickly became a vital member of the Milestone team and helped expand the practice into trademarks.
As a Marine Corps veteran, Bill brings his experience with leadership, teamwork, and creative problem solving to his law practice. His legal journey started after he decided to leave the Marine Corps and pursue academic study. Bill is a Colorado native and chose to return home, where he attended CU Denver as an undergraduate, and then Colorado Law at CU Boulder (Sko Buffs!), where he focused on business law.
Bill puts great care into his work and the relationships he builds here at Milestone Law Group.
Bill is admitted to practice law only in Colorado.

Christina Boyer
Marketing & Communications Coordinator
Christina has worked with Milestone Law Group since 2020, quickly becoming handler-of-all-the-things and making sure everything runs smoothly. She transitioned to her current role which allows her to work where her passion lies, in all things marketing and content creation. She also enjoys keeping our staff organized and on track.
Christina is raising three sweet boys with her hubby in the Pacific Northwest. She hoards books but rarely gets a chance to read them, lives by lists, loves to write and she’s slightly obsessed with Disneyland.
You can find her drinking coffee, watching reruns of Friends or planning another family adventure.
